I am a boutique cattery in Tauranga, New Zealand where my cats are kept indoors as house pets with my extended family and have outside runs to enjoy.  The cats are fully socialized to household noises and events and live with the comforts of warm beds and on-demand hooman attendants.

CurliWinks Cattery was registered with NZCF in 2001 and the adoption in 2002 of Gr.Ch. Makinwaves Southern Belle "Bella"– a beautiful Black Smoke Tortie & White queen, starting me along this lifelong journey breeding Devon Rex.

 

I am a member of NZCF and actively show and register my cats with the New Zealand Cat Fancy.   I have successfully applied to the New Zealand Cat Fancy to have Longhair Devon Rex recognized in shows and breeding in New Zealand and will be breeding and showing the Longhair version of the Devon Rex cat from 2021 onwards.

My focus is breeding the Longhair Devon Rex and promoting this beautiful long coated version of the Devon Rex.  From 2024 I will be partnering with Karla James & Andrew Hall of Highglow Devon Rex & Maine Coons in breeding the Longhair Devon Rex New Zealand under the CurliGlow prefix.

All kittens are house-raised and sold desexed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and registered with NZCF.  Inquiries for breeding cats are also most welcome.
